Passes are needed to access the entertainment, breaks are quoted with the passes for 2 adults and 2 children any additional passes can be purchased. (details below)

We take a security deposit of £100 which comes off the total of the holiday cost to secure your date, Please note that this security deposit is non-refundable if the holiday is unpaid or cancelled NO EXCEPTIONS.

We also take a damage bond of £100 on top of the holiday cost which is fully refundable once your break has ended and the caravan has been checked. We aim to complete this within 10-14 days. A Bond of £200 is required for all adult breaks.

Butlins admin fee of £10 applies to ALL bookings, an admin fee of £20 will apply if the booking made 48 hours before you stay.  An admin fee occurs if any changes are made to you booking, so please ensure your details are correct at the time off booking.

Bed linen is available to hire at £30 , beds will be made up on arrival by our contractor, This is to ensure you have a clean bed to sleep in after our clean.

Bath towels are supplied by guests only. 

Strictly no pets, no smoking or vaping inside.

£10 admin fee applies to all bookings (butlins increase this from 48hours before the break starts)

How To Book

You simply book by emailing myself with the date you require and if you need the extra passes ordered.  Once your happy, i will send you your booking form and terms and conditions. This must be filled in and returned along with your security deposit to hold your date. 

All payments are made by Bank Transfer (with your personal payments referance)

You may pay for your holiday in instalments also, Full payment must complete 6 weeks before your holiday or risk loosing your date and it will be readvertised.

We strongly recommend all guests getting holiday insurance to cover yourself against things that are out of your control ie becoming unwell.

Prices for spring harvest is for the caravan hire only and do not include passes for the event. If not attending spring harvest then you still have access to the fair, pool, bars, restuarnts, hotshots, there wont be normal Butlins entertainment all venues are out of bounds.

Football festival is a tournament and they hire out Butlins to hold their event. This is classed as family entertainment break, there are some restrictionson certain venues for the football presentations and entertainment is subject to change by Butlins.
