TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDTIONS CAREFULLY FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT.

Check in is at 4:00pm at Butlin's guest services. Keys to the caravan will be issued (unless held in a key safe at the caravan) together with passes and the welcome pack.
Please do not attempt to enter the caravan before 4:00pm or security may ask you to leave. The caravan should be vacated by 10:00am on departure day to enable the caravan to be cleaned before the next guests. Please ensure you take all of your personal belongings with you and if possible leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition. All waste food and drink is to be disposed of and removed from the caravan. All lights and heating must be turned off.

We take a security deposit of £100 which comes off the total of the holiday cost, Please note that this security deposit is non-refundable if the holiday is unpaid or cancelled NO EXCEPTIONS.
Each confirmation letter will state the date when the balance must be paid by. In all cases the break will be re advertised should payment not be received by the dates stated. The balance on all breaks should be settled six weeks before your chosen break date which is noted on the confirmation letter.
If the break is booked less than six weeks away from your chosen date then the balance is required in full. THE DEPOSIT OF £100 IS NON-REFUNABLE. Should you wish to cancel the break once the balance has been paid, we will refund the balance only using the following scale of weeks before your break. Week 6 60%, week 5 50%, week 4 40%, week 3 30%, week 2 20%, week 1 10%

 

The lead guest per caravan is responsible for ALL guests in that allocated van. A damage bond of £100 is charged on all breaks. The damage bond will be added to the final balance and this will be re-funded within 14 days providing there is no damage to the van. In all cases of lost keys, sickness on the carpets, bedding ect then the cost of repair/replacement will be deducted from the held damage bond. ALL adult guests MUST be electoral role or Butlin's reserve the right to decline the booking.

On all family breaks we accept guests to the maximum birth (8) Adult weekends we only accept 6 adults maximum,  As per Butlin's rules there must be someone over the age of 25 on all adult only breaks. On family breaks Butlins do not allow all single sex groups.

Entertainment passes/wristbands:

All entertainment is provided by Bourne Leisure t/a Butlin's.

Wristbands and/or passes are issued in order to enjoy the entertainment and facilities provided.

We advise that you check on Butlin's website regularly to confirm the facilities and entertainment available during your stay in our caravan, as we can not be held responsible for any changes or cancellations made to the entertainment provided at any time.

SMOKING OR VAPING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE CARAVANS, AT THE DOORS OR WINDOWS. DO NOT USE CROKERY FOR ASH TRAYS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING ASKED TO LEAVE AND NO REFUND GIVEN. THE DAMAGE BOND WILL ALSO BE KEPT

Butlins operate an open water policy whereby all children must be supervised by an adult at all times around open water and under no circumstances go swimming in the lakes, moats or ponds.

Should held responsible you arrive at the caravan and find any damage or cleaning issues you must notify us immediately on 07528315328 or you may be held responsible.

Any Problems arising at the caravan should also be notified while there to enable us to have someone come to the caravan to check. We will not respond to any issues once you've returned home if not notified us while there.

Some of the caravans have mattress protectors and bedding already on. This is for the protection of the bedding ONLY and the covers are NOT to be removed after each let. We therefore ask that you bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases (x2 per bed) to put on over the ones supplied. Should any of our covers be removed then you will be charged for replacements. We ask that if the bedding gets soiled during your stay you notify us and leave the soiled bedding in the caravan for our cleaners to remove. If accident prone children are on holiday then we ask that the appropriate night time attire is worn. Bed linnen can be provided for an addtional cost of £30 this must be prebooked inadvance so the service can be booked in witht the provider.

Travel cot provided in the caravan please wipe clean after use and put away. Bed guard provided in the caravan please wipe clean after use.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TURN OFF THE HEATING AT THE END OF YOUR BREAK WHEN YOU LEAVE TO GO HOME AS WE ARE CHARGED THE GAS BILL WHEN LEFT ON UNTILL THE NEXT GUEST ARRIVES.

Please note that Butlin's charge an admin fee of £10 per booking (raised to £20, 2 days before break then £30 on the day) which will be added to the cost of your break. Any amendments to the booking will also incur a £10 Butlin's admin charge. The price of the caravan is based on 50% accommodation and 50% use of Butlins facilities.

We recommend that you take out private travel insurance for any circumstances that are out of our control, ie covid illness or other illness and unable to travel as our refund policy won't cover this. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items within the caravan.
The caravan should be kept locked at all times when not occupied and during the night.
Butlins reserve the right to change any advertised entertainment and we can not take responsibility for this.

THE INFORMATION YOU SUPPLY TO US IS HELD IN ACCORDANCE TO DATA PROTECTION ACT. WE USE THIS INFORMATION TO FACILITATE YOUR BOOKING. WE ONLY SHARE THIS INFORATION WITH BUTLIN'S TO INPUT YOUR BOOKING ONTO THEIR BOOKING SYSTEM. WE ONLY THEN HOLD THIS INFORATION FOR TAX PURPOSES. YOU INFORATION IS NOT SHARED WITH ANY THIRD PARTY OR COMPANY. YOU DETAILS WILL NOT BE SOLD OR SHARED WITH ANY THIRD PARTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF MARKETING OR RESEARCH.
